• Your first name and mobile phone number when you join our text list.
• Reservation details you give us (order, pickup time).
• A record of your consent: the date and time, the consent wording you agreed to, and the IP address it came from.

How we use it

Only to run our business with you: sending smoke-day announcements, reservation confirmations and pickup reminders, and answering your questions.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your information.

We use service providers only to operate the service (for example, our SMS provider delivers messages and our web host stores data). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Email jeff@1031bbq.com to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted.

Security

We keep your information on secured servers and limit access to the people who run 10:31 BBQ.
