SMS text messaging program
- Program name: 10:31 BBQ Text List.
- What you'll get: smoke-day announcements (dates, menu, when reservations open) and, if you place a reservation, order confirmations and pickup reminders.
- How to join: enter your mobile number and check the consent box on the sign-up form at 1031bbq.com, or on the reservation form when you reserve.
- Message frequency: Msg frequency varies (typically 2–6 msgs/month).
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. 10:31 BBQ does not charge for text messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email jeff@1031bbq.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Reservations
Reservations are first come, first served while supplies last; once an item is sold out it's gone. Payment is due at pickup. Fresh orders are picked up on smoke day and frozen orders the following day, at the times shown when you reserve. Orders not picked up during the pickup window are not held.
